Cardio Kickboxing
Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a full-hour, high-energy, fat-burning workout designed to push your conditioning and sharpen your skills. Expect powerful combos, non-stop movement, and a sweat session that hits all your major muscle groups.
You’ll not only burn calories—you’ll also build real technique. Throughout class, you’ll learn essential boxing fundamentals like jabs, crosses, hooks, slips, blocks, and more. Every round blends fitness and fight training so you leave stronger, more confident, and with a skill set you can grow.

R.I.C.H. Energy Camp is a high-energy cardio and strength experience designed to improve endurance, movement, confidence, and conditioning in a motivating warehouse-style atmosphere. This class blends bodyweight cardio, dance fitness, strength intervals, and full-body conditioning for a workout that keeps you moving from start to finish.
